My students are hard working resilient children. Our resource room class has 10 students with different learning disabilities and out of school challenges, yet all are expected to pass the same exams and credit requirements as their general education counter parts in order to graduate high school. In their 10th grade school year, they have 3 major exams to pass. One of which, statistically half the state fails the first time taking it. Because of circumstances, many of my students are forced to grow up faster than their chronological age. That being said these students are kids who never forget to laugh and have fun.
