I am a second grade teacher who loves to learn and have fun! I am always looking for new ways to teach and new methods for reaching an ever-changing group of learners. My school family grows together, sings together, laughs together, and learns together! My students are from very diverse backgrounds. We are a true rainbow. The students in my classroom range from working class families to homeless students. About 65% of the students at our school qualify for free or reduced rate lunch. Many students at our school live in a weekly motel and have no permanent residence. Despite the range of diversity at our school, my students love each other, help each other, and learn from each other every day!
