To ensure prime seating for engaging students, our classroom requires a laptop to connect to our technology. The use of a laptop is in lieu of moving the teacher desk to the front of the classroom obscuring the students view and work space. Students interact with technology in front of the classroom for presentations, videos, and inspired learning. Within our math department, we encourage students to work together on projects, and overcome difficulties with personalities, and interests. We as educators encourage critical thinking from all of our students across all disciplines to better prepare them for higher education. These types of activities provide students the opportunity to be a leader in their education!
