I teach at an inner-city elementary school in Richmond, Va. Students are eager to learn; however, we often lack the proper technology that could enhance and enrich their reading experiences. We are currently accredited with warning and gaining better reading scores will aid in our coming out of this circumstance. My students need the opportunity to be able to see and hear themselves as readers; therefore, we need an iPad to record students' fluency practice.

About my class
