Many of my students enter junior high school with no prior education because they come from other countries. There are over eight different languages spoken in my classroom. I also teach students with Individualized Education Plans. This year I find that my students are so eager to learn and correct the mistakes they have made in the past. My school is so diverse. We have a big population of ESL students. We have a large Special Education department ranging from disabled, autistic, emotional disability to learning disabilities. One of my classes is an ICT class that has a twelve to one class pushed in. I love this class, they participate and try so hard and there are three teachers in the room. The kids benefit so much from this. We lost a lot of funding over the years. Last year my school ran out of copy paper and we don't get anymore supplies. I used up my teachers choice money before work even began and I have spent hundreds already on chart paper,sentence strips, etc.
