Starting over is hard at any age, this can be especially difficult for a child. I specialize in working with ELL students (English Language Learners). These students often come to us throughout the school year from their home countries. Being in a new school and country can be overwhelming and exciting all at once especially adding in a language barrier. A huge part of my job(and any educator) is to provide a safe, open, loving and caring environment. Part of learning is having access to the proper materials. Many of our iPads/tablets are outdated and we do not have enough basic materials. Access to current reliable technology and materials is imperative. I am asking for ANY donations to provide tablets and materials (desk caddys, library shelving, pens, pencils) so I can effectively reach my students using personalized lessons. Thank you so much for reading this!
