As a Home Instruction teacher, I work with students who are unable to attend traditional school for medical reasons. Sometimes it is temporary such as a broken limb and sometimes it is more long term. Learning may take place in a students home, public library or remotely. I provide personalized instruction that builds on each student’s strengths, interests, and learning needs while helping them stay engaged and connected as they learn from a distance. Through DonorsChoose, your support helps me provide materials that make lessons meaningful, accessible, and most important of all engaging. These resources help my students grow academically, socially, build confidence and feel part of a caring learning community. Every student deserves to feel valued, supported, included, and excited to learn. Wherever their classroom might be!
