Hello friends, I am working through Donors Choose to get some mini iPads for my classroom this year. I am excited for the opportunity to receive these iPads for use in my literacy centers. First grade is all about reading and I am anxious to find games and activities on the iPads to excite and motivate students to read as well as make it fun. We know that reading is one important tool that they need to be successful. Many of my students come in at a disadvantage. Many of their families are struggling just to put food on the table. We get children from the homeless shelter who are even more in need. They need every benefit that they can get to help pull them up out of their desperate situation. Please find it in your heart to contribute. Thanks
