My students are part of a unique Magnet High School which offers a curriculum focused on Conservation Biology. The school educates students on the impact of humans on the environment. Our students are picked via a lottery system that gives all an equal opportunity for selection. They come from different parts of South Florida and various socioeconomic backgrounds. The vast majority hopes to one day apply and be accepted into a university that will further their knowledge in the field. University candidates need to have two years of foreign language in order to be accepted into a program. This year the school is offering Spanish for Non-speakers as a second language. I want to be able to offer my students as many opportunities as possible to master the language well enough, to open doors to more job opportunities. With your help I will be able to accelerate the Spanish program in my school. Gracias!
