My students are amazing! Telling my fellow teachers where I teach the first reaction I always get is "Ummm....really? You like it there?" and every time I tell them "YES!" The students in this area are really amazing: smart, talented, sweet, and a little feisty....they just need a little more help to realize their full potential. My fellow teachers are also amazing.....always willing to help out by giving advice, sharing supplies, or making a pot of coffee when I'm dead on my feet from spending all night grading tests. I could not have asked for a better place to start out my career as a science teacher, and I hope that I can give back as much as my students and co-workers have given me.
