Welcome to Mrs. Gildon's teacher page. I am a social studies teacher at Early College High School at Delaware State University. Our school gives students the unique ability to dual enroll at the college and they can earn between 30-60 college credits before graduation. We serve a large amount of students from low-income areas and give them an opportunity to jumpstart their success in a supportive environment. Within our classrooms we use a Project-Based Learning model that allows the students to collaborate, create and dive deeper into their learning. We are a young school and are working hard to give our students the same materials that they would have access to at any other school.
