Our AVID class is working toward having our own class set of Chromebooks which will allow the student to enhance their learning in our class and their other core classes. Fulfilling this project would provide an organized and safe way for us to store Chromebooks as we are able to purchase and fill the cart. It will allow the students to complete scholarships , college applications, financial aid forms, and other preparatory necessities whenever it best serves the student and not when there is an availability in the computer room at the library. This charging cart would be available to over 200 students each year through our AVID program and we hope to have the cart filled within three years!
