These materials that I have requested will allow my students to find a passion for reading. At our school they have full access to a library, but over 900 children are in the school that check out books at a time. At our school students read for a program called Accelerated Reader (A.R.) and often find it difficult to find a book that seems engaging that they have not read yet. Help me empower 28 students to learn to love to read. This gift of books would mean so much to our classroom, and to my students future. Together we can create a classroom of students who love to read, and continue to find a passion for learning.
