Our School is an elementary school building educating students from preschool through grade 4. We at the Webster School support all children in their development as lifelong learners and members of the community. Our classrooms are often the first place where children become keenly aware of and experience interactions with people from different cultures, religions, and family backgrounds. How we handle this privilege is important in our rapidly diversifying nation. The process and daily routines of early education lay a foundation for children with emergent ideas of freedom and democracy: how and whether children are provided choices, are listened to and are supported in our environments confirms for each child his or her own value. There is no doubt, we enable the American Dream. For these reasons, and many others. My fourth grade students are phenomenal little people with a passion for learning!
