Who are my kids? Inspirational and amazing people who inspire me daily! They are hard-working students who are truly committed to their learning. Common Core is requiring us to dive deeper into our way of thinking, learning, and teaching. The missing link is the lack of technological resources that are available in our classrooms. I feel it is my responsibility to equip my current and future students with everything they need to be successful and prepared for life! Many of the students at our school come from a wide social-economical background, and many do not have access to technology. Over 50% receive some sort of public assistance. My students are ready to dive into the future. I do not want the lack of resources to hold them back. It's amazing what kids can do when we provide them with the necessary resources to be successful!
