My students can be described in so many words! They are delightful, intellectual, remarkable, and deserving. Many of my students are not exposed to reading at home and are not read to on a daily basis. In my classroom we read everyday and on most days we read several times a day! It has become an escape to different places and a vehicle to meet different characters! My students truly enjoy sitting down and reading a book throughout the day. It is a time for them to remove themselves from whatever troubles they are dealing with for the day and just sit down and take a minute to relax. They deserve a comfortable and beautiful place to decompress and enjoy a good story!
