Why are their "Smarts" not showing? It is because of poor organization skills. I teach in a school that is 57% African American, but my students are 89% minority. My students are "at-Risk" fourth grade readers, and 90% are male. They live in one of two high crime neighborhoods, and desperately need organization skills.
