I teach 4th grade and each year I create a classroom community where each student feels that they can be successful. I teach at a Title 1 school. For my students, school is a second home for them. I work deliberately at creating a classroom that has a lot of fun, but also instills in students to work hard and to persevere no matter the level of difficulty.
