My students are located in an inner city school where frequent violence is an all too common occurrence. Many of my students come from single parent homes or from homes where they are being raised by a grandparent or another relative. The children are still always happy when they come to school and try their best. It brings a smile to my face to see them each day and I wouldn't want to teach any other place in the world.
