My students need iPad technology to reinforce lessons covered in large and small group activities. My students are from the inner city and many do not have access to technology at home. They require supervised instruction on how to properly develop their computer literacy skills. Having technology will improve their every day learning in math and reading. My wonderful students have special needs and having tablets will allow the children to experience success while learning interactively. Technology allows a different mode of learning which is encouraged for meeting 21st Century literacy goals. For students, lessons are more engaging, interactive and exciting.
