Welcome to Dr. Henry A. Wise, Jr. High School Dance Department. We are a comprehensive dance program that aims to give students exposure to all aspects of dance. We nurture a passion for dance by providing real-world experiences in dance technique, history, performance, choreography, and dance production. The students participate in various activities such as annual spring concert, DHAW Dance Company, Prince George's County Dance Showcase, Regional and National High School Dance Festival, Maryland State Dance Showcase, National Honor Society for Dance Arts, travel opportunities, visiting artists, and multiple assemblies and productions within the school and community. We want to thank you in advance for all your support and encouragement as we continue on the track to be excellent by choice.
