Keeping kids in school and making sure they’re safe and healthy is an important job as a school nurse. COVID-19 is going to provide unprecedented challenges this year to nurses. Since the Health Room is on the inside of the building with no windows, the air purifier will help provide cleaner air by removing germs. The UV wands will allow me to quickly sanitize commonly used items and surfaces in the office. These items will hopefully minimize the spread of any disease. It takes all of us to help each other stay safe and healthy. Healthy students will continue to come to school and learn!

About my class
