These yoga mats are amazing, colorful tools to motivate students to feel wonderful every morning. Many students come in late to my class, but with these mats being the first activity of the day, it will motivate them to get to school on time. They’re comfort and bright colors are inviting and they’re going to live relaxing , meditating, and stretching on them. I feel every child should have the quiet time to relax in the morning so their minds can be open to learning new material. When their minds are closed, the learning is not as vivid and clear. Yoga has helped many of my students feel calmer and learn how to de-escalate a problem that may arise.
