Lets continue exercising, moving and improving for the so many health benefits. I am currently working as a adapted physical education teacher with students diagnosed with Autism, Cerebral Palsy, Down Syndrome, Mental Delay, etc. They all enjoy physical activity regardless of their abilities. The end result is for them to participate and smile at the end of an activity. My students are always, always looking forward to participate in gym class because it brings them the opportunity to be active and do something they really enjoy.
