Our school is located in the heart of a deeply rooted Hispanic community. Many of the students are English Language Learners. This has no effect on their love for learning. They are eager to learn new things each day. With over 1300 students enrolled this year, it is important that we challenge each of them to reach their highest potential. The students who attend our school have learned to respect themselves and those around them. They have a special way of letting us know that we are special as teachers. That touches my heart. Through them, I am much more inclined to learn.
