Most of the students who participate in this are African-American and have chosen this class because of their interest in the topic. We are a very successful school even though we are a free public school and have no entrance exams or qualifications. Our school feels strongly that students need to get out of the classroom to benefit their academic and social learning. We will learn about history in the place it happened which makes it more real and memorable for the students.

About my class
