Our school is located in Lancaster City and serves many low socioeconomic, and culturally diverse students. My 1st graders come to school from a variety of backgrounds, cultures, and prior experiences. Many of our students also come from local homeless shelters. Many of our children have limited learning resources at home, and I strive to provide them with as many hands-on learning tools as I can. Much of our day is structured around small group and classroom centers.
