We will utilize the Softball Training Aid, The Perfect Circle Pitcher's Training Aid and Visibility Pitchers Training requested the help aid our veteran and new pitchers to help work on fundamental mechanics of pitching. Many of the girls who join our softball team do not have prior experience playing the sport. It is up to us to work with them from the ground up to learn the skills needed to become players, and continue building upon the skills to become winners. Our goals for this project is to help improve the skills of our new and veteran pitchers. Using these aids will ​help improve their form and rotation of their arm, which in turn will increase the accuracy of their pitches. We walked over 40 batters last year and we would like to lower that number significantly.
