The technical theatre students will be designing and building a 3-dimensional set piece for the play A Midsummer Night's Dream. The students must take their scene design and bring it to life for the production. The material will build the tree from papier mache so that it will be life like, yet light weight and easy to move on and offstage. The flowers and moss will help create the illusion of a real tree in the English countryside, and provide the whimsy of the fairy inhabited forest. The tree will be painted in life like colors and roll on casters.
