My school is a great place to work. Our teachers are dedicated to students and their growth both academically and emotionally. We are becoming an AVID elementary. AVID focuses on high quality teaching and a focus on life after school. With AVID we are dedicated to educate and prepare students for what is available after high school graduation. We have many families that struggle financially and our 70% free and reduced lunch rate is a sign of that. We are a K-6 school with a high Hispanic population with most of those students 2nd language learners. There are 363 students and 17 teachers.
