My students come from low income homes in a big city in Illinois. Many of these families only speak Spanish and are looking to help their children receive an excellent education that will open up their options in the future. Many of these students are English language learners themselves and absolutely love to learn every day! Despite the challenges they face with learning a new language they come to school every day with smiles on their faces and an open mind!

About my class
