Our school is both called the school district's best kept secret and a mini United Nations. Our students come from every walk of life and cultural background, and blend together to create a wonderful family of learners. Sixty-eight percent of our students live below the poverty line, 13% are learning English, and 19% are special needs learners. Several of my classes are designed to help 12th graders meet the reading and writing requirements of the Oregon diploma, as they have yet to do so. They are a wonderful group of students who deserve quality reading material.
