The students at my school are amazing and unbelievably enduring. I teach a class of 26 wonderful kids who love learning at a minority based school in Utah. They are mature for their age and have an unbelievable love for their teachers as well as their fellow classmates. More than half of the students I have in my classroom speak Spanish as a first language. Therefore, many of them are encountering a challenge in learning academic skills due to a language barrier. They are also very tactile learners, as most six year old kids are. Sadly, most of my students have very little parent support so much of the key learning and reinforcement must be done in the classroom. They are respectful and caring with the school materials we do have, though few and far between. They are always very grateful for anything they receive as they do not have much. My students are great and deserve much more than I am financially
