I teach 20 wonderful first graders in a small, rural community in southwest Michigan. We have the most amazing, supportive families who are super involved in the learning process, along with being very supportive of their students and teachers. We are a Leader in Me school as well, building strong, independent leaders everyday! My students are very involved in their learning process and very excited about growing as learners and leaders! They love technology and have been able to utilize some great new engagement tools in our classroom this year.

About my class
