My students are in third grade. We are an inner city school in Philadelphia located in the Olney section. Most of the children live in the neighborhood and walk to school. The class demographics is about 80% African-American, and 20 % Latino. Our class is unique because we have some mainstreamed learning support students in our class. Our class is looking for help but, one of our projects this year is to help other people through a service learning project. We have not picked out a topic yet but we have started brainstorming some needy causes. Please consider donating to my class because my students would love to have a nice clean place to sit.
