My students are middle and high schoolers who receive special education services. They attend a mix of general education and special education classes based on their individual needs. Many students I serve have disabilities that impact their learning. Depending on their needs, students receive direct instruction both in the general education and special education setting in the areas of reading, writing, math, behavior, social skills, daily living skills, communication, and organizational skills. It is important for my students to have access to supplemental materials, tools, and supports to ensure that they are progressing towards their goals.
