Students will have the opportunity to do watercolor paint projects from home if they have the materials available to them. Students learn about different artists, such as Van Gogh, Kandinsky, Monet, and Romero Britto, and they model their own artwork after these artists. With a mini-library of books at home, students will be able to read a variety of enriching material, which will help them to build reading skills, such as fluency and comprehension. These books will also promote a love for reading. Since we are distance learning, students don't have materials that are readily available to them, such as books from the library and art materials such as paint. We would appreciate these materials and support!
