Our academic reading and pleasure reading needs a revamping. Our classroom library needs new books that have various subjects and reading levels. Our library needs your help to continue our reading adventures. By getting these new books my students will have new reading material that can be used for pleasure reading as well as social studies, science, stem and social/emotional learning. In our classroom, we cover all academics as well as all the important life skills needed to be as independent as possible. The biggest pleasure of my day is seeing my students' smile of pride when they have successfully read a book of their choice.
