The students in my class all have Autism. They have different cognitive and social levels, but they are all unique, inquisitive, curious, and kind-hearted. Each child is developing their social skills at a different rate, but all need instruction on aspects like emotions, regulation, calming, theory of mind, and flexible thinking. My students bring me joy each day as they try their best and make improvements.
