My classroom is full of public high school students that are juniors and seniors. They are typical students in that they like football, basketball, and baseball. They have their extra-curricular activities outside of school like sports, jobs, and family. They need to be fully engaged and the calculators and lab activities help with this task. This is a large school of 1720 students that has several mathematics classrooms to supply at any given time.
