Our students are an energetic bunch of scholars. They are also helpful with each other. Kindness is one of our things we try to teach. With all the budget cuts in California as well as other places. It is a challenge to teach with limited resources. The parents and students try to make the most out of it. We understand to work with what we have. It's sad to teach them to do their best when our materials that support their learning are not. They are English language learners who need a variety of materials to help them learn. We have a high number of transient families, the highest in the district. We strive to do our best to help motivate our students. We are in the Soma and are part of the Soma Pilipinas Cultural Heritage District.
