As I get ready for the next school year, I am requesting some outdoor equipment. I am asking for a sand and water table as well as other outdoor equipment. Sand and water play provides children with so many opportunities to use their fine motor skills. It also teaches children to practice cooperative play as well as sharing with one another. Outdoor play is also important for children because it allows for them to engage with other children and enhance their problem solving and oral language skills. I hope my students receive their outdoor equipment!
