My students have a lot of energy and enjoy the yoga balls that I have provided when they need to wiggle. They are 21st century learners and are working in different configurations throughout the week. They concentrate better as they stand at our makeshift standing tables and are getting some activity and are able to shift their legs and body weight. When they have different options to sit and choose where they learn best, I see greater focus and collaboration because they were part of the decision process. My class benefits with flexible seating options by being ready to learn in the style that suits them best. .
