My students are from a Title 1 school with a large amount of pride for everything they do. They are from low income families that are struggling day to day to even feed themselves. My hardworking students are second language learners and eager to learn as much as they can. They have discovered that there is a huge world out there and they do not want to let language stop them from conquering it! I love seeing their faces light up when they learn new words and communicate effectively with academic vocabulary. I am supporting their literacy needs the best way I can. They deserve the best education so they can have a prosperous future. I want to ensure their success by providing them with the most engaging, interactive, and effective learning opportunities.
