This elementary school is unique. The students love to dance and perform. They dance from kindergarten to 5th grade, learning a wide variety of styles and genres. This year, a 5th grade student wrote, "Dance makes me feel like I'm actually important and that I do matter." Another student said, "Dance makes me feel free and alive." These students are dedicated and hard working. Most do not have resources to experience the arts outside of school.
