The majority of my students are underprivileged, inner city kids who come from very difficult home situations. Most of the time the only chance they have to learn and explore is in the classroom here at school. Our classroom provides a safe place for them to be encouraged and motivated. Our classroom is a place where they feel smart, nurtured, wanted, deserving and proud. I make sure my students know they can be anyone and do anything...with hard work and determination their possibilities are endless!
