My 6th grade students need high interest books that are at their reading level. Everyone can read if given the opportunity and the books that they need. Many of my students are English Learners and also have special needs. All of them want to read and learn; we just need the books to make it happen. My goal is create an amazing classroom library where all of my students can find books that are interesting and at their reading level. Many of their families cannot afford to buy school supplies or books due to their low socioeconomic status. I know every child deserves an equal chance.
