My students are extremely curious and hard working. Most of my students come from a variety of ethnic, social, economic, extended/traditional family backgrounds with very hard working parents (most working more than one job). We are a Title 1 charter school located in Garden Grove, California. About 85% of the students are on the free and reduced lunch program. I work hard to make my classroom a safe place where they want to try new things and a place where mistakes is seen as a learning opportunity. We are a growth mindset classroom. We work together to set goals, explore and learn!
