I set up the classroom like an airplane so we could pretend to go to and from China, decorated the room with things from China and Vietnam, gave them the red envelopes with candy coins inside, read all the books purchased, and they learned to eat with chopsticks!\r\n\r\nTheir favorite was of course food related! They truly enjoyed the red envelopes with chocolate coins, and eating with chopsticks was a hit! They all wanted extra sets to give to their siblings.
