Teachers supported
The Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation was founded by Jack & Kim Johnson to support environmental, art, and music education. In honor of Earth Day, JOCF is supporting projects with a goal of reducing waste and single-use plastics in schools and communities across the country. JOCF believes strongly in fostering environmental stewardship through hands-on youth projects focused on recycling, waste reduction, and creative plastic free initiatives.

Funding guidelines: The 50% match offer will support projects, primarily in high poverty schools, that offer students direct engagement with recycling, waste reduction, and plastic-free projects, up to a limit of $600. The Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation will manually select all qualifying projects, no more than 1 project per teacher, and can remove the match offer from a project for any reason at any time.
