I teach at a public charter school in New Mexico. Our vision statement is "We envision a joyous learning world in which public education and profound nurturing are synonymous." I teach 6th, 7th, and 8th grade students in the area of Social Studies and through an elective class called Global Leadership Odyssey. I strive to engage students through a variety of activities that will engage their heads, hands and hearts.
